Who created Falka?
Jérémy Leplu, founder
For 6 years, Jérémy Leplu helped more than 100 French SMEs with B2B growth, including on assignments for Sécuritas, N2F and Defacto. They all had the same problem: expensive leads that were never called back in time. He built Falka so that every inbound lead gets an immediate reply and a meeting, without depending on a sales rep being available.
Smart Caller is now Falka
The product used to be called Smart Caller. It was renamed Falka in August 2026, and smart-caller.ai now redirects to falka.ai. It is the same product and the same team: only the name and the domain changed.
What does Falka do?
As soon as a lead comes in, from a Meta Ads form, a Click-to-WhatsApp ad, a web form or a tool connected by webhook, the AI agent messages them on WhatsApp. It runs the conversation, qualifies the lead against your criteria, proposes time slots and books the meeting in Google Calendar, Calendly or GoHighLevel. Your team can take over the conversation at any time.
Where does the data go?
- Messages go through Meta's official WhatsApp Business API.
- Lead data is hosted in the European Union, under GDPR. A data processing agreement (DPA) can be signed.
- Collecting the lead's consent happens in your forms: you remain responsible for it.
- The falka.ai website is hosted by Netlify.
